Seller Authorization and Intellectual Property Certification

I certify on behalf of the Seller that the Seller owns or has all necessary rights and permissions to sell the products submitted to the ZeeBooth Seller Network and to provide the associated images, descriptions, trademarks, product information, and other listing materials. I authorize ZeeBooth, subject to the Seller Agreement, to publish, market, advertise, offer for sale, and use these products and listing materials across ZeeBooth-operated storefronts and approved sales channels. I understand that Seller approval does not constitute ZeeBooth's independent verification of intellectual-property ownership and that the Seller remains responsible for ensuring that its products and content do not violate any third-party rights.
